As part of the Hi-flyers success story, our organisation acquired "Executive Stand By" (ESB) in 2009. ESB was established in 1973 to specialise in the provision of experienced and specialist staff on an interim or short-term contract basis. This service still forms the majority of what we do however, based on the requirements of our current clients, we have also expanded into permanent recruitment.

No matter which employment option is selected, our objective is to deliver a responsive, quality service based on proven systems and a low overhead operation at a competitive fee.
